Strengthening Your Shooting Muscles


If you shoot well close to the basket but can't consistently hit 3 point shots, try strengthening your triceps. Your triceps are the muscles that are used most as you extend and follow through with your shot. With these muscles in good shape you're likely to have a smoother shooting motion.
