Positive Pain



If you enjoy playing basketball, you can't avoid pain and suffering. Fortunately though, you get to choose whether that pain and suffering is positive or negative. If you work your hardest and discipline yourself the only pain you will feel is your tired body. If you are lazy though, that pain is worse. It's the pain and suffering of regret. You never want to have to wonder how good you could have been.
