Playing Individual Defense

When on defense try to force your opponent to move in a certain direction. This makes it harder for the opposing team to get the shots they are looking for in their offense. Also you will be dictating what type of shots your opponent takes rather than letting your opponent choose the shots that he or she is most comfortable with.
