Geno Auriemma (the women’s head coach at UConn) once said "I don't hire good coaches, I hire good people. If they turn out to be good coaches, too, that's a plus." This concept can apply to High School kids looking to get recruited. Coaches want kids in their program that have character. Don’t kid yourself by thinking you can be a jerk as long as you can score points.
