Goal Setting



Setting goals is a practice that all great players are familiar with. Before each game you should write down what you plan to accomplish. Depending on your position, you'll want to measure things like points scored, assists, rebounds, turnovers, etc. Then after the game sit down and evaluate how you did and how you can improve.
