Feet is Key



It’s very important for post players to understand that the key to them getting open is their feet. It helps to make yourself a big target inside but what’s more important than that is beating your opponent to a spot inside the paint and then securing good position. Both of those things are done with the feet. Good footwork is a critical component to a post player’s game.
