There are 2 very important factors to jumping higher that most basketball players neglect. The first is rest. After a workout your body needs proper rest in order for your workout to have its full effect. There are huge consequences to working out TOO MUCH. The other neglected area is mental focus. Taking time every once in a while to relax and visualize yourself jumping higher actually works.
