The Consequences of Trying to do Too Much



So many coaches and players under-perform because they try to do too much. The key to success is mastering one skill at a time. If you think about your weaknesses and try to overcome all of them at once it will consume you. Frustration will set in and because success seems so far away you'll give up. Instead, force yourself to focus on only one thing at a time. You'll be amazed at how quickly you master your weaknesses and how much confidence you'll have.
