Strengths and Weaknesses

Every player has strengths and weaknesses. Don't ever think you are alone in your imperfections. An important thing to remember though is that the time to improve your weaknesses is in practice - not in games. During games you want to focus on doing the things you do well. Too many players try to do too much and it hurts them in the long-run because it lessens their playing time. If you can't perform a perfect cross-over in practice yet, don't try it in a game! You’ll get more playing time and your coach will love you if you focus on your strengths whenever you are in a game.
