Overload Bands will add much needed intensity to your basketball workout and as a result, will build stamina and strength that can be used when it's game-time to dominate your defender! They are also used to aid in stretching, defensive slides and in building very powerful speed bursts.
Medium - For kids up to 10th Grade (41 inches long, 1 and 1/4th inches wide)
Large - High School, College and Pro Players (41 inches long, 1 and 3/4th inches wide)
X Large - For larger players over 210 lbs. (41 inches long, 1 and 3 inches wide)
