Products must be returned within 30 days from their original delivery to be eligible for a refund.

If you need to return an item please email us at support@hoopskills.com and we will contact you within 24-48 hours to give you exact instructions on how to return your product(s). Return instructions differ from product to product, and therefore, we must handle each return on a case-by-case basis.  

If you wish to cancel your order, we must be notified by phone or by email before your product(s) are shipped. For all other cancellation requests, please refer to the return policy above.
