A lot of basketball players are good shooters when they are fresh. Too often, players come in
the gym and get shots up while being fresh and not fatigued. But let’s be honest, how often in a game
situation are you not fatigued while you play? Not often at all.
So why not focus on improving your shooting while you are tired rather than fresh? That is what the purpose of this DVD is, as Coach Sutton
uses his own players to demonstrate an on the floor workout session. Each drill that Coach Sutton
teaches requires players to be shot ready, react to situations, use proper technique and maintain
concentration.
Throughout the shooting drills, players must do various exercises such as jump rope,
defensive slides, or sprints. This forces players to shoot and react while fatigued, creating a more game-
like scenario and better preparing them for the pressures of a game. T
The best players in the world havethe ability to execute at the end of games, when pressure and fatigue is at its highest. With this DVD,
you can put yourself in position to be a player that can perform when the game is on the line!
This DVD is 50 minutes in length and was produced in 2006.
