Defensive Slides

Most players don't practice individual defense on their own because it's not very fun. Don't be one of these types of players. If you truly want to be a dominant basketball player, you have to put in the work that is required. Before you start shooting force yourself to do at least 5 sets of defensive slides. The other benefit of doing this is it gets your legs a little tired before you shoot so you are in a more "game-like" situation.
